Judgement day comes upon all, especially those now seeking power or position, they must face their own past. The day of reckoning draws near!

Tell us more, Avenging Angel.

And who would you propose as trustees?

fttc said...

Warren should just have one of his cronies nominate him, the bishop, and several of his bodygaurd. Then he could keep control by intimidating all the other trustees.

Anonymous said...

Any bets an whether the next date will get moved back also?

Warren even has the courts scared of offending him. Amazing!

If I had my druthers, Dan Fischer to start with!

The truth comes out. Wisen is a carpetbagger. $205 an hour? Maybe I shold volunteer myself.

Yep, trade scare tactics of Warren, to the government caretaker! Getting robbed front and back pockets!
All those other recommendations of Avenging Angel are excellent choices, but Sam the Jawbone? Can't wait to hear the reasoning!

Du, anyody that knows any-thing about Sam would know the reasoning!

I know a lot but I don't know why Avenging Angel would nominate Sam Barlow. Tell me more, please.

You seem to think it unfair that the UEP is paying him to oversee the trust. If the UEP shouldn't have to pay him, who do you think should?

Anonymous said...

Onthestreet:

My question was directed to Onewaystreet, but thanks for your comments.

If I take your response literally, it sounds as though you think life is hopeless and that world destruction is imminent. Do you feel that way today?

Aren't you or someone in your family a beneficiary of the trust? Don't you want to ensure that you and your children will have a future interest for the work you've likely put into the UEP?

After all, the End may be further away than you think.

Onewaystreet answers:
I read where Mr. Wisen and other lawyers were going to be paid through the proceeds of selling UEP land, also the property taxes on most of the UEP property are due and needed to be paided. BUT... Where was Mr. Wisen when the UEP was being looted...... potato barn equipment, Kelly Fischer, Orsen Black and Alvin Barlow, and a host of others playing musical homes. Who is giving permission for all those wall fences going up around certain UEP homes. SAM BARLOW, WILLY JESSOP... Mr. Wisen? Never mind me, I am just fed up! I think it would be wise Mr. Wisen could have some trustees to consult with on his decisions NOW. Save some on the time clock. It is going to be hard on everyone involved. I just see bilking the UEP hour upon hour and nothing gets accomplished! Everyone in this thing related to the FLDS has an agenda, apostates and Warrenites, and lawyers and law or the lack of law.

I just have to remember the WHEELS OF JUSTICE GRIND SLOW! BUT GRIND THEY DO.

Ok Streetie twist this! Love Ya!

Hi Onewaystreet:

Now I understand where you are coming from and I am better able understand your frustration. I'd like to know why Mr. Wisen has been "sitting on his hands" while homes in short creek are being altered, buildings removed, families relocated, etc. Do you have any theories, other than he just wants to bill hours without doing the work?

It would be interesting to know what violations he has been informed about, and which ones have been reported to the court.

Why is it the Judge is so insistant that FLDS members loyal to Warren should apply as trustees of the UEP? I think the new trustees should be those who are still loyal to the teachings of Uncle John Y Barlow and Joseph White Musser, and LeRoy Sunderland Johnson. It should be taken back to it's original format, and governed by all the new trustees not just by one senior member.

The new trustees should have a testimony of Joseph Smith and of Btigham Young and John Taylor and should honor these men for their valliant effort to build up communities for the members of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints.

The United Effort Plan was designed as a way to build up communities for the members to live, and to educate our children, and to be self sufficient in producing our own food, our own employment, and recreation. For the seniors to be taken care of, to be housed, to be fed, and to receive the medical care they need.

This is what we had, in the communities of Colorado City, Salt Lake City, Montevue Idaho, and Bountiful British Columbia. Thousands of people paid their tithes and contributions of cash and labour to help to make it all work. We were happy to do so when we could see progress happening.

We want it back, as it was before. We want to gather in our annual April conference in the LSJ meeting house. We want to travel to meet and socialize and entertain as we did in our Octoberfest. We want the medical clinic, the zoo, the storehouse and every dream of Uncle Fred to be restored. We want to honor our friends and relitives who pass on by being allowed to attend the funeral and memorial services. Most of all we want Christ allowed back into our lives and our communities.

I believe this can all be a reality if we have Trustees who are devoted to the cause for building up the people as a whole.

Quiet

I have the same question about the judge trying to get some FLDS to volunteer when they have demonstrated they have no desire.

As far as getting our UEP back. You paint a pretty picture and make it very desireable. The reality is we will not get it back. As a people we had a chance to recieve great blessing under its umbrella. We threw it away. For years warren has been teaching false doctrine from the pulpit. Some of the other big elders were before him. You and I and many others did nothing. The Lord was watching us and he took away our blessing because we did not defend the truths we had.

I spoke with one our older members several years ago. He had a large amount of property and not entered any of it in the UEP. He told me that when he asked Uncle Roy about turning it in he was told not to. Uncle Roy told him in 1979 he did not know but what the Lord would allow it to be broken up. So this man did not turn in his property.

When Uncle Rulon became the head he was told this and asked about the property. Again the man was counseled to leave it out of the UEP for the same reason coming from Uncle Rulon.

I agree with On the Street, Now there are different Foxes, like Mr. Wisen. We need some trustees that we can talk to.

If Bruce Wisen is charging $205 per hour to protect the beneficiaries by identifying all assets belonging to the UEP trust and save the UEP from being totally looted, then you're getting a bargin.

Just think back over the past couple of decades when the UEP was forking out $400 per hour to Rodney Parker and Scott Berry to pay for the spiteful and frivilous lawsuits trying to evict people from their homes. Those numeous and long running lawsuits cost the UEP and future beneficiaries TONS of money.

Mr. Wisen is trying to salvage a system gone bad. He is charging half the amount per hour that was spent in the past to only lose each and every hateful case that the UEP brought against the "dissadents" That money was totally wasted to pay the UEP lawyers to fight a losing battle. Money just going down the toilet.

And as far as the comment about "where was Mr. Wisen when the looting of the potato barn, Kelly Fischer, etc was going on". Just think about it - he's up in Salt Lake City and his job is to act as a fiduciary not as a law enforcement officer.

Why don't you ask instead "where were the law enforcement officials of Washington County when this looting was going on."

Washington County Sheriffs Department should have been protecting this property. That is their job but they didn't do it. It would not have cost the UEP one dime - this protection of UEP assets vanishing because of lack of action by the local Colorado City law enforcement would have been paid for out of tax dollars instead of UEP dollars - IF THE WASHINGTON COUNTY SHERIFFS OFFICE HAD BOTHERED To ENFORCE the Courts restraining order.

Why dont' you ask sheriff Smith why nothing was done.

Anonymous 12:28:

I agree wholeheartedly with what you are saying and I would think that Mr. Wisen reported some of the violations to the Court.

Does anyone know whether the violations were addressed, or even acknowledged at the court hearing last week?

Isn't it more like warrenology by street? Nah, streetology is more accurate. Street's teachings are not even compatible with warren's.

Nobody is trying to take what is not theirs. Mr. Wisen and the court in Utah are trying to PRESERVE WHAT IS YOUR'S. Think about it for a minute and you just might understand what has been happening.

No one is trying to steal anything from the good faithful beneficiaries of the UEP - EXCEPT WARREN JEFFS.

Warren Jeffs has stolen from the faithful followers for many years now and he continues to do so. He steals their homes; he steals their families; he steals their dignity. In order to protect the innocent believers and let them keep their families, homes and businesses, it was necessary for someone to intervene and stop the looting of the UEP by Warren and his thugs.

When all of this is sorted out, the beneficiaries of the UEP will get back what they put in - otherwise, without someone of integrity stepping in, Warren would bleed the UEP dry and leave most everyone high and dry.

Who would want that? People like Mr. Wisen are coming to your rescue. Wake up and realize this. Mr. Wisen and the courts don't want what belongs to you. They want to help you hold on to what belongs to you. People in America care about justice and having a lot of good, honest, hardworking innocent people cheated out of their United Order inheritance just is not right.

You should be thanking men like Mr. Wisen. They care about you. They care about justice. They care about what is right. They are on your side because you are being cheated by Warren Jeffs.

Sometime down the road you will hopefully realize that people came to the rescue of the members of the UEP for no other reason than the fact that these people needed help to stop a maniac from destroying what they and many of their ancestors and family members worked so hard to build up.

The ones helping the UEP members have no ulterior motive. They just care about helping out people who are being fooled by a prophet who no longer cares about his flock.

They are helping out because they care. They won't see any other reward for doing this except knowing that it was the RIGHT THING TO DO.

I would be interested in the original text of the UEP and those who signed it. Perhaps someone who is a little more skilled at using google can find a link for me.

I just don't get the part where they are going to sell the UEP land to pay for lawyers. That accomplished the same thing Warren Jeffs is doing, destroy the UEP. I say DON't SELL THE LAND. If we were in charge, we would never do it.

furnace: the entire original trust as drawn up in nov 9, 1942 can be found in Ben Bistlines book "THE POLYGAMISTS: A HISTORY OF COLORADO CITY ARIZONA" pages 48-55

Anon, I think they are talking about selling land to come up with all of the money necessary to pay the property taxes for the UEP that is due this fall. I don't think they are saying the money is to pay lawyers. If the citizens can come up with this tax money, then they shouldn't have to sell any of the land to pay the taxes.

Or, better yet, maybe someone can find the UEP checkbook.

Anonymous said...

The UEP has no check book or checking account and property taxes can be paid late, I think up to five years. Which should give them time to iron things out. All they would have to do is not pay the taxes and the state of Utah and Arizona not give money for school or police or fire dept and maybe then they would wake up (maybe) But most likely they would just pay taxes like they have every other year. This is no different.

Anonymous said...

The UEP has never sold any land in my lifetime until Warren Jeffs came along. I don't see any reason to start now.

Interesting - the author of the song - who wrote it while attending college at Cornell stated it is a simple, sentimental song about the loss of childhood and nothing more.

But of course - you - who didn't know him, would know better about why he wrote it right? NOT

So, again - you're flipping, flopping, gyrating and struggling to make all sorts of things try and fit into your ideas - and they just don't.

ATAR_i said...

I think I'll pass on your wild goose chase for "jack-happer", and I'm not going to play "God loves me better" with you either - I think it's childish.

I don't call others alternate beliefs feces. The other FLDS on the board I find very interesting - their beliefs as well.

Yours aren't beliefs, they aren't views strongly held based on your scriptures. Yours are made up, childish, wildly innacurate (even according to your own scriptures), and freakishly nonsensical. It's clear your a schizophrenic, and thus to be pitied, but when you masacre your scripture and mine so - it's just a nasty pile of feces.

ATAR_i said...

This scripture is about Christ - NOT about warren.

"the stone which the builders rejected" is God's "rightful heir" Jesus. And after hearing this, those gathered show no remorse, but reject the "rightful heir", and would eventually go on to act out the last lines of the parable.

Matthew 21: 2-46

42. Jesus said to them, "Have you never read in the scriptures: 'The stone that the builders rejected has become the cornerstone; this was the Lord's doing, and it is amazing in our eyes'? 43. Therefore I tell you, the kingdom of God will be taken away from you and given to a people that produces the fruits of the kingdom. 44. The one who falls on this stone will be broken to pieces; and it will crush anyone on whom it falls." 45. When the chief priests and the Pharisees heard his parables, they realized that he was speaking about them. 46. They wanted to arrest him, but they feared the crowds, because they regarded him as a prophet.

ATAR_i said...

It's about Christ - not warren.

Who would it have been about 10 years ago when Rulon was your prophet? - it didn't mean warren then. What about before warren was born - who did it mean then? If it's a cornerstone - it keeps getting switched out - not a very sturdy cornerstone.

It doesn't work - because it's not true.

Christ didnt' sin (wasn't a sinner)

Thus - you are nothing like him.
