Top Ten Abusers of the UEP
Warren Jeffs William Jessop William Timpson Lyle Jeffs Wendell Nielson Merril Jessop Sam Roundy Jr Sam Barlow Truman Barlow
Big Willy (Jessop) is the one that helped Steeds, Inc go bankrupt. And is the one swinging the land deals with Bruce Wisan and selling off the UEP. He is of R&W fame and always has a shady deal going.
William Timpson was a helper of Uncle Fred Jessop and his mother married Uncle Fred, so now he goes by Jessop. He is a Timpson and will always be a Timpson. It is kinda hard for some of these guys to figure out their last name.
Yep! Dee and Nephi both did alot in the name of the United Effort. It was all for the good of the kingdom. I don't think they had monetary gain. All the rest of these guys do.(did)

We used to pay all the property taxes to Truman Barlow during Uncle Rulons administration.
Come to find out that he was pocketing alot and would come and say "We are so many thousand short and need everyone to donate more." One time our family had made a donation of cash $5000 and he got up in church and said that only $3000 had been raised over the weekend. We had paid the cash direct to him, who knows where it went.
No forgiveness for him.
His family always had more than enough and they didn't have to work for it. All the rest of the poor church mice worked and tithed and donated to make up the difference.
Who was on warren's list? I'm wondering if I made it! I know I didn't really but it would probably be an honor. To say he has redefined the word is an understatement. Warren seems to changing Webster as well as King James and JS.
I was a little disappointed that Art did not take a tougher stand, at least from what I heard. I thought he had gone away peacefully. Why is he on the list? Because he kept a wife maybe?
Arthur didn't absorb business debts and file bankruptcy; this is a nice little technique Warren is using to milk money out of others. Arthur made CMC KEEP ITS OWN DEBTS when he was removed from management. I guess that's grounds for being one of the worst apostates.
