Thanks for the photos pilot, they are good. The y shaped channel in the concrete slab remind me of a relative of mine who rasied pigs, his hog barn had a similar design where he would take a high pressure water hose to wash down the pigs and clean their pens, waste flowed into channels in floor to drain outside. Waste water was used as fertilizer on fields.
The massive stone blocks being piled up by FLDS folks might be some sort of defensive structure, but would be ineffective unless it lines entire property, LE could just drive around it, or just drop in by helicopter. Perhaps it's intended to keep news media from trying to crash the gate onto property. The large stone blocks won't stop pilots from over flying property, won't stop LE because they can come in by air, go around the blocks, or use tanks like at Waco and push the blocks aside, or just drive over them with the tanks.
Putting up stone blocks is a waste of effort on part of YFZ, they are ineffective as defense measure, except perhaps to keep noisy reporters from crashing main gate.
In West Texas water is everything, LE could just have electricity cut off, water wells don't pump without power, AC dosen't run, so trying to make a last stand would be foolish.
Anon, I think the stones are to be cut up and used as facing stone on the temple, i think.
