are the saints prepared?

In the aftermath of Warren's disastrous "tax and spend" polices, are the "saints" prepared for the eminent economic collapse?

  1. lol, funny. As much as I disagree with much of the FLDS philosophies, I have to say that they may be uniquely situated to ride out an economic collapse. They do have a history of working together for the common good, they know how to grow and store their own food, and, at least in Eldorado, they seem to be fairly self sufficient.

  2. Ok.

So the guy is convicted of participating in a rape because he performed a wedding ceremony.

Who was the rapist? Has that man been charged? Is he in jail? If not, why not? How can another man be convicted of being an accomplice to something that no one else has been convicted of?

For example: I have a friend that DOESN'T steal a car, but I am charged and convicted of being an accomplice to grand theft auto. Is that insane? The friend hasn't even been convicted of stealing the car.

I'm not saying whether the crime happened or not, I'm just trying to figure out how the accomplice is convicted before the perpetrator.

    Thanks!

  3. I dont think anyone is prepared for aftermath. Im not so sure FLDS in other states who funded YFZ are real happy with how Warren Jeffs spent their tithes!
At least I hope they arent. Hildale/coloradocity have to to hell in a handbasket, those two towns are in terrible disrepear.
All because Warren Jeffs took their tithes to build a KINGDOM for himself and those he chose!

  4. I am prepared; for then I shall have some freedom. Freedom to love whom I choose. If I die, I shall go into the heavens with Jesus, my tormenters will be in hell.

  5. Anonymous, you are incorrect in that you state WSJ performed the marriage, it was Uncle Rulon that did the marriage, not WSJ. All he did was counsel the two to give it some time and try to make it work. How dastardly eh? That's all, He sits in jail because He didn't bail her out and let her go love Lamont.

  6. They seem to have plenty of money I read that they are in the process of purchasing more land in South Daktota. You can read about it at http://www.custercountynews.com:80/localnews/2008/10/new-flds-compound-discovered/

  7. I would like to make a correction. He sits in jail, because there was higher up's that decided he would. Over religion, you see. The girl was only a pawn, and the good ol' boy's that convicted him had to work double to conive some-one into being the pawn. Glory of our justace system hu?
