As noted in the previous thread, Wendell Loy Nielsen was convicted, fined and sentenced to 10 years in prison.  Why did he rescind the probation plea deal he had previously secured with Judge Walther?  Seems to me he's still dangling at the mercy of his prophet's puppet strings.

6-2010 — Abram Harker Jeffs — Convicted at trial. 17 years.
9-2011 — Warren Steed Jeffs — Convicted at trial. Life +20 years.
11-2011 — Leroy Johnson Steed — No contest plea. 7 years.
11-2011 — Merril Jessop — Convicted at trial. 10 years.
3-2012 — Wendell Nielsen — Convicted at trial. 10 years.
