So What if Warren Jeffs gets Caught??

Warren Jeffs is a victim. He just took advantage of a society ready for the picking. Even if he is gone--the fanaticism is still there. A "closed" society that protects their women and children from reality..soon lacks common sense.

  1. Even back in the '53 raid, many of the Zittings, Dargers, Barlows, Johnsons that chose a different route were shunned and forgot.

This has been going on forever with the "priesthood" work. It happened with the "Mormon" church. They excummunicated Rulon Jeffs and took his wife Zola from him at least 40 years ago.

  2. Even if Warren Jeffs gets caught..the next in line Lyle Jeffs, Will Timpson, Willy Jessop, Merril Jessop, Sam Barlow, Jerold Williams are more fanatical than Warren and they aren't "scitz".

    Then what?

  3. Don't forget Uncle Wendell, we have not seen anything yet.

  4. "Took his wife Zola from him"?

It sounds to me like she did what most women would do when he said that he would be bringing in another wife to join them, and that he was abandoning everything that she knew to be true.

I suppose that technically, yes, the LDS church did excommunicate him. But he is the one that left the church.

  5. "Why do you stand aside and allow the 'nuts' to gain power?"

    I dunno.

Why do we stand aside and allow a nut like Mugwump to take ove the blog and run roughshod over the place like he/she/it owns it?

    I dunno.

Maybe we're just too polite for our own good.

  6. So, Mugwump....

Do you propose that ALL churches have to have secret ballot elections overseen by Amnesty International and Jimmy Carter the nut-farmer?

  7. I vote Mugwump for Warren's next bride.

  8. Thank-you Mugwump;I thought that your 5:27 posting was very nicely put.

  9. Separation between church and state never existed in Colorado City, hence all
the present woes.I hate to admit it,But I dont think it will ever.If elections are held the sheeple would only vote however they are told.this was the real reason,19th century Mormons were driven
from 3 states,Utah was only granted statehood after LDS was driven to abandon Theocracy.I would be curiuos to know what the percentage of residents of Colorado City/Hildale are still under the profits control.

The state is not in the church business and the church should not be in the "state" business.

That's only true if you don't live in Utah. Utah is not a state in the USA, Utah is a theocracy run by the LDS Church.

  11. I kinda like this one better. Its about how we act towards others, not how others act towards us. How we act is something WE control - that we have an active part in. HOW OTHERS TREAT US IS NOT AN INDICATOR OF OUR CHARACTER AS MUCH AS HOW WE TREAT OTHERS

    Mathew 25:39-41

39 Or when saw we thee sick, or in prison, and came unto thee?

40 And the King shall answer and say unto them, Verily I say unto you, Inasmuch as ye have done it unto one of the least of these my brethren, ye have done it unto me.

41 Then shall he say also unto them on the left hand, Depart from me, ye cursed, into everlasting fire, prepared for the devil and his angels:

  13. Gail and Brandon Blackmore live in Canada, and are supporters of
Warren. I am a friend of Gail's Father. My friend heard that two of
Gail's daughters were married to Warren. I would like to confirm
this, and learn their first names. Gail has long refused to
communicate with her father-- on FLDS orders I am sure.

My friend would also like to know the whereabouts of these two
daughters (his granddaughers) if in fact they are married to Jeffs.

I realize such information is hard to come by. Anyone is welcome to email me directly if they have any information about this:

  14. Well, Streetie, Question? How does one repent and come back into the WARREN'S FOLD!

Warren kicks out, but does Warren (false teacher) ever FORGIVES!

    Onewaystreet

    PS... JOHN 15:14
Ye are my friends, if ye do whatsoever I command you.

Somehow Streetie, I get the impression HIS FOLLOWERS should put (Warren's name in the (I) spot.

    And onthestreet said...
"God's ways are not man's ways." The Priesthood, Church, and Kingdom of God are three entities in one, in the Kingdom of Heaven."

TRUTH...Onewaystreet said..."God's ways are not man's way." God the Father, God the Son, and God The Holy Spirit are three entities in one, in the Kingdom of Heaven."

  15. what the heck kinda theology is that?

    one = noe = oen = own

you can permute any word you want and twist it any which way you like - doesn't make it truth.

    just more hink pink streetology

  16. No, mixing letter on words up means nothing. But it sure adds new light to where you get some of your permuted hink pink streetology.

  17. Warren's latest location?

One half of a telephone conversation was recently overheard between a mother and her son (believed to be one of Warren's bodyguards)wherein the location of the son was disclosed. The mother asked,"So is your brother in Denver with you?"

If two of Warren's bodyguards are/were in Denver, then perhaps Warren was/is there as well.

    ReplyDelete
  18. What's in Denver? Does someone have property or is there an FLDS group?

  19. To Rumor has it

I heard that your husband has been going around and telling all of the kids that have left the creek, to not talk with any government officials and to not help them in anyway. Is this true?

    ReplyDelete
  20. I doubt it... the three I know can make their own decisions as to who they want to talk to and help, just like I can.

And as you know, the government has been an object of scorn for many years with the FLDS. Warren Jeffs has been in power for 6 years now and many of the kids I know are 16...and have been indoctrinated for 1/2 their lifetime.

You try to have a decent conversation with them. Most 18 yr olds have a education level of 4th grade. And they see no reason they should learn anything new as long as they can have a car to drive and a bed to sleep in.

    ReplyDelete
  21. If I could get any message to kids that have left the creek it would be to get an education. Travel and see the world. Don't waste your time on drinking and drugs. Get a Library card and Read, Read, Read. There are many people who have been right where you are at and have had a successful life.
If you can't read, get some books on tape or cd. And learn how to read.

If someone puts their hand out and offers to help you with a room and food, if you will get an education. Do it. It is hard to make a living and get an education. Many people do it though.

    ReplyDelete
  22. Well who are Warren's bodyguards?
I know of one Willy Jessop, who else?

    ReplyDelete
  23. I think that Warren's own people will reject him if he's left alone, whereas if he's caught, arrested, and imprisoned, it will take a lot longer for his people to figure out that he's human and quit worshipping him.

    ReplyDelete
  24. I AGREE! As one who was raised there, I can tell you that the mentality is that as long as he is being "persecuted" then that just proves that he is god's servant. If he was never arrested and interest in him just died down, it would do his victims a world of good.

I don't believe for a minute that any of the groups in the east are helping warren. Nor do I believe he would ask. He is too far above them in his mind.

  26. Those who have not dealt directly with someone who is schizophrenic may be able to see through street what family and associations deal with on a daily basis. I have lived around several people afflicted in this way. To say it is frustrating to try to communicate with them is a severe understatement. It is pointless to try to talk sense to them.

Street often gives something to talk about when things get stagnant, but his input is not good for much else. Pity him, he needs it!

  27. Thank you mugwump. I too have enjoyed the exchange.

A challenge to what a person believes is good for the soul.

A different perspective broadens the mind.

An intelligent exchange makes a friend.

  28. Nice try street.

I don't even personally know Flora. I have never used illegal drugs. I have not even tasted an alcoholic beverage in my life. I have never been a stripper. And not one of these things are a sign of schizophrenia.

You give yourself away when the only way you can defend yourself is by throwing out false accusations to try to discredit your critics.

The truth hurts the worst. That is why you attack the messenger and ignore the message.

Thos last two points in the above post:

How very true. Couldn't have said it better myself. Thanks!

  30. I think Jesus put how you act with government at it's propper level when the tax collectors came. The same tax is not taken in each country, but it happens to be taken in Caesars. So, you give him the things that are his (that he's asking of this world).

So, each government might be slightly different fromt he rest. The Canadians want more money in taxes for their socialized medicine. In the US perhaps slightly less in some areas, slightly more in others. Give it to them.

But it's not just about taxes, it's about laws. You live here, obey the laws. You live somewhere else - obey their laws.

It just won't work to use the rationale that it's ok because your obeying the laws of another country or another century.

The good news is. Everyone who is accountable for causing others to stumble and fall, will be accounted for. So, if your forcing girls into marriages - you're accountable, and God will take pity on the young. If you're seperating up husbands and wives and reassigning them (you're going to be accountable).

God is just. Even so, I would not want my children to suffer on earth so the perpetrators could be judged in heaven. As a parent and a wife I wouldn't stand by and watch it happen. I know that is easier said than done - and I might not have been able to do it a decade ago. But today I can.

  31. Street

In your last post above you have defied the teachings of warren. You have defied the laws of the church as defined in the D&C. You have twisted and turned and snaked around the truth to the point that I will not waste my time with a rebuttal.

I will say there is difference between paranoia and wanting to wake some people up to what is going on around them. Warren and his followers are not a threat to me. If you want to continue to beleive lies even after it has been shown to you that they are lies, more power to you. I will not attempt to take that right away from you. None are so blind as those who will not see.

Her name is Anna Mae after Brandon's mother. She's a very sweet girl.I have no idea where she is now.Goldie,Gail's second daughter is a first wife and seems to be very happy. She doesn't have any more girls anywhere near old enough to be married.

  37. I don't understand why on the steet continously quotes from a book he claims is authentic scripture.

Why would you need to continously use the word verily when the word truthfully means exacty the same thing. Whether, thether, thee and thou are not holy words. They are simply examples of the language that was in common use amond intellectuals at the time the translation was given to the publisher to print.

I believe that this language difference confuses a lot of people. If God's word is to be presented to the common man, for his good, why use antiquated language?
