Polygamy and LDS Mormonism

Polygamy and LDS Mormonism are inseparably entwined. One of the aspects of LDS Mormon-based polygamy is the rampant practice of taking underage girls as polygamous wives. In the western United States, there are at least 30,000 people involved in the practice of LDS Mormon-based polygamy. In these polygamous groups, the compulsion for underage girls to marry polygamists--usually men much older than themselves--is a part of everyday life. In these communities, girls as young as 12 or 13 are often married off to priesthood leaders. The most powerful and influential of these priesthood holders have first pick of the girls. Parents of the young girls submit their daughters willingly into these unions with the hope of being blessed by God in their afterlife. The founder of Mormonism set the precedent for this behavior.

Once again not "all" groups do this. For example my group doesn't do this, as I mentioned a couple of topics ago.

Did the founder of mormonism give away his daughter to old men?

ots <----wanna be heterosexual pedophile

ots <----in reality a homosexual, which is why immaculate conception is so dear to his heart. It rationalizes his lack of sexual desire for females - and turns it into something that he feels is profoundly religious.

Your affection for me is not desired nor inferred to exist.

I merely have noticed your aggressive promotion of a completely NON FLDS doctrine of immaculate conception for your wives, in addition to the constant net of suspicion cast that you are a certain known molestor of young males.

It's just simple addition for me.

Wants young wives he won't have sex with

relious zealout

religious zealout who tries to rationalize his lack of sexual desire for his wife because he's actually attracted to young boys.

Hey - I think it's better than your math.

BTW - your reaction was revelatory.
