"Lost Girl" Recieves Lot from UEP

First Time ever in the history of the UEP, a girl has recieved a building lot. She left the FLDS when pressures became to much. But said that it is the best place to raise a family. Now that she has figured out her finances and education, she is going back to build a home. Bruce Wisan and the UEP Trustees have alocated her a lot and she has paid the property taxes.

Anyone that has family living on UEP Land, has had a "Lot", or would like to get one, should contact Bruce Wisan. Property taxes must be paid, there are empty lots that haven't been built on in years. Time for progress.

Will lots be sold to general public? Can a Baptist, Jew, LDS, or Catholic purchase lots?

Anonymous said...

No,It is clealy stated you must have family currently living on U.E.P.the lots arent up for sale by force, not yet, anyway.

Anonymous said...

There are actually some lots that are not UEP that are for sale in the Pioneer Shopper. It is great place to live if you are of a different religion, as a matter of fact I would love to see more culture and different backgrounds.

I would ask Bruce, if you are interested. Not very many people would go and build houses on land that you cannot get a loan and that you don't own.

Some of us are just simple enough to think that the trustees will look out for our interests and won't sell the land out from under us or evict us

Anonymous said...

Wow. You are pretty simple!

To all FLDS members...Open your eyes take a look into the real world. I know you are reading this. If you don't look into the real world it means you are full of pride. Life is what we make it. Have enough self respect to give it a try. Families are forever...
You all think we are just trying to bring Warren Jeffs down the truth is We are sick of all the child crimes. I was raped as a child my mom, and a couple of my friends. I didn't even realize it was wrong because I was supposed to follow my priesthood head. Don't punish yourselves. Get help you don't even have to go to the law if you don't want to there is many of us that would be willing to do it without the attention of the media... Remember some of us do care...Spread the word...

Anonymous said...

Lets not compare monogamy ,what about all the crimes done in the name of monogamy. Monogamy has just as many problems too. Spread the word get out of Monogamy. Some of us care.Don't punish yourselves. Get some help we here of so many problems in monogamy that its scary. GET OUT QUICK>

At least most women get to choose to end a relationship if it is not working for them. In the FLDS they don't. Just KEEP SWEET and Make it work or because WJ says hop in bed with the next available guy...doesn't matter how you are feeling.

"LOST GIRL"?????
How did she get away? Wasnt she forced to marry some old man? How can this be?....J/K

Anybody want to know the truth?

The reason men have been sent away is because they have done wrong. There is more freedom for women in the FLDS than there is anywhere else. Just realize that God does not sanction the least of sins. If there is sin, it is not His obedient servant's fault.

I love you all and want the very best for you!!
KEEP SWEET
Keep= Pray to God
Sweet= For the truth. He will give it to you!
Seek for the greatest good, not for evil. Lets open up our heads and start scrubbing, We can all use a good brain washing.

Yes their are child crimes everywhere in this world but in the FLDS the sad thing is the victims don't even realize that it is wrong. I know I didn't... I thought he was my priestood head...

Al Holm said...

I really do feel your pain. I know for a fact that the FLDS doctorine forbids any type of crime against children. If you were victimized by anyone they will pay for it, if not here than in the next life for sure. I can assure you that whomever hurt you is and was not a member of the FLDS. Sin kicks you out.

All are born with enough of the Spirit of God to know right from wrong. So you cannot say you did not think it was wrong. It makes my blood boil to think anyone would assault thier own child. God does not condone it, so niether does the FLDS. You cannot blame what happened to you on the FLDS any more than you can blame the Pope.

Anonymous said...

Sin kicks you out.

You got that right. Sin personified, and sooner or later it will catch up with him too.

Well dear anne n.
What does the FLDS doctrine say about adultry, stealing, bearing false witness and having no other gods other then the great I AM.

I guess your god has selective hearing.

God does not tolerate any sin of man or woman.

Al Holm said...

Wow!
I love you all, but please remember, if I Know that there is "one man" who is the spokesman for God for all. I dont care if you dont believe it, i just want you to leave me alone and let me believe it! Is this not what this country iw all about?

The FLDS Doctorine can be found by reading the Bible, the Book of Mormon, and the Doctorine and Covenants.

Remeber, allegatation are just that, allegations, they are not truth.

Al Holm said...

Anybody want the truth?

Go again and watch those hate spiels put on by AZFamily and this time listen to Mr. Watkis say the word "alleged", and "allegations" and interpret it to mead LIE! It is not the truth! Mr. Watkis says those words to keep himself from getting sued for liebel. Who are being brainwashed here? Those who believe what Flora, Penny, and any others who hate us are telling you?

Sheeple!

Cult mentality--me leader is the only one who speaks for God, even when evidence shows contrary.

Cult mentality--secrecy and lying to outsiders.

Cult mentality--"I know because of the feeling within"

Cult mentality--My leader is innocent and all the converging evidence of guilt is just allegations against such a wonderful man.

Cult mentality--Give up all worldly possessions and follow the leader.

Cult mentality--Destroy families.

Cult mentality--Discredit anyone who defects and try to prove that what they say isn't true, even though there is convergence of evidence.

It isn't just the FLDS; it's cults in general. Same cult mentality, different religion, names, and circumstances.

Change "me leader" to "my leader"

If someone reads into Jim Jones, there are parallels.

Jim Jones..."the GDF will come parachuting down and kill our children"

Warren... "the government wants to kidnap our children and would even kill them." He repeated this message three times one Saturday.

Jim Jones...tried to get a utopia set up in Guyena.

Warren...trying to get a utopia set up in Wac, er I mean Texas.

Jim Jones...required everyone call him Father.

Warren...Had the people all chant "We love you Father" over the microphone so he could he it from his hiding place.

Jim Jones...very controlling of married people's sexuality.

Warren...I won't go there.

Jones...Required his people give up all earthly possessions to follow him.

Warren...Required a number of people to give up everything to join him in Texas, and is bleeding the rest to death.

Jones...Very careful what he showed Rep. Ryan when visiting his compound.

Warren...Who knows what he hides when Doyle or Doran visit the compound.

Jones...imprisoned worn out workers.

Warren...Sends worn out men to Mequite to repent and work in his businesses there.

I was born and raised in the FLDS for twenty plus years. I was never victimized. My grandparents family never had problems, I love my uncles. I actually never knew the problems existed until eighth grade friends started talking.

If you look at the abuse issues person, by person, instead of it by the whole group, you will see a whole different picture. It is by a group of elite people that thought that they were so much higher than all the rest, that the consquences did not apply to them. Their mothers taught it to them (usually daughters of the priesthood brothern) they were never told no, and usually were able to blame another mothers children for what happened when they were little. Once it showed up in the older children, the younger ones usually get hurt too. Of course you know it is happening more now, with so many mixed families and a step dad

I am my kids mom and I think the mothers are the answer to protecting their children. The fathers certainly aren't doing their job.

I really do apologize for invading your little hate group blog here. I will leave now.

Just one last thing: the only converging "evidence" there is allegations and imaginations.

Hate mentality--
"Cult mentality--Discredit anyone who defects and try to prove that what they say isn't true" --even when it isnt

Well Street, thank FATHER Warren for MAKING PROPHECY COME TRUE, HE IS SO GOOD AT IT.

anne n sorry you don't like us rabid puppies here.

anne n. your immediate FLDS world is probably rosy and I hope it stays that way.

Although I do not think you are part of the group, I think you are an imposter.

But explain why doesn't your "prophet" come out of hiding and defend his beliefs.

But as poster 5/03/2006 2:48 PM
observed they did not have abuse in their family and I believe it, but the poster noticed abuse from within the "elite families" because they were never told no. That I believe.

People on this blog for the most part do not HATE THE FLDS. They hate the abuse, lies and deceptions.

Anne n there is abuse, whether you see it or not, other people have experienced the abuse- men, woman and children.

Abuse comes in all forms, mentally and physically. The scars of mental abuse are harder to detect.

Correction: The scars of mental abuse are harder to detect and correct.

Let's talk about the mental abuse that is going on.

Case #1: Wife has cell phone of her own and phone number to all her children. Husband takes away phone and number and forbids contact.

Case #2: Wife wante to cut hair and wear pants. Husband says I must find you a different place to live because I can't have that kind of influence in my family.

Symptoms of Emotional Abuse

Many women assume that if they're not being physically abused by their partner, then they're not being abused. That's not necessarily true. You may be in a relationship which is draining something from you -- you might not have recognized that your partner has eroded your self-esteem and happiness.

An abusive partner will railroad discussions, so that you don't have time to think about what's right and what's wrong in their behavior.
Take a moment to consider these questions. Your partner might have behaved as though these things were okay, even though it's obvious that they aren't okay...:

Do you feel that you can't discuss with your partner what is bothering you?

Does your partner frequently criticize you, humiliate you, or undermine your self-esteem?

Does your partner ridicule you for expressing yourself?

Does your partner isolate you from friends, family or groups?

Does your partner limit your access to work, money or material resources?

Has your partner ever stolen from you? Or run up debts for you to handle?

Does your relationship swing back and forth between a lot of emotional distance and being very close?

Have you ever felt obligated to have sex, just to avoid an argument about it?

Do you sometimes feel trapped in the relationship?

Has your partner ever thrown away your belongings, destroyed objects or threatened pets?

Are you afraid of your partner?

One aspect of emotional abuse is that it eventually brainwashes the victim.
THE PROCESS OF BRAINWASHING
(MIND CONTROL)

1. The brainwasher keeps the victim unaware of what is going on and what changes are taking place.

Your partner might control your finances, make plans for you, or not tell you what his plans are until the last minute. He may talk about you to others behind your back, to isolate you from them.

2. The brainwasher controls the victim's time and physical environment, and works to suppress much of the victim's old behavior. The victim is slowly, or abruptly, isolated from all supportive persons except the brainwasher.

Your partner might have insisted that you stop certain social, hobby, or work activities. You might have gotten moved to a new location, farther away from your family and friends. Or you may have been asked (or told) to reduce or stop contact with specific supportive people in your life.

3. The brainwasher creates in the victim a sense of powerlessness, fear, and dependency.

Verbal and emotional abuse creates these emotions, and they become stronger and stronger over time.

4. The brainwasher works to instill new behavior and attitudes in the victim.

Your partner trains to you behave in ways that he wants you to behave. He gradually makes you feel differently about yourself, and erodes your confidence in yourself.

5. The brainwasher puts forth a closed system of logic, and allows no real input or criticism.

In other words -- What he says, goes.

Anonymous said...

Won't those same tactics apply in reverse?

Anonymous said...

You mean like a REAL Relationship. Where you can actually talk and have input?

Anonymous said...

There are men who suffer from the reversal of abuse as related to the tactics listed above. Men don't have a monoply on abusing.

Anonymous said...

Correct, but men do have a majority on abusing.

Ahah, and Mark Hoffman was absolutely successful as well. Don't you all agree?

Yea, Mark Hoffman was SO successful that he ended up in the Utah State Prison.

Anonymous said...

And why did LDS Church authorities buy into Mark Hoffmans forgeries? Because they were so authentic looking and were just like the real documents they have. Documents by and about Joseph Smith and others in the early church that are very embarassing to the Church and so they don't want people to see them.
That is what made Hoffman so good. He had access to Church documents that very few have access to and so he knew what and how to write these forgeries to make them conivincing.
Many of these documents have nothing to do about polygamy and would be just as much of an embarassment to the FLDS or any other off-shoot of the Mormon Church.
